My colleague told me there is a chinese want to sell her house, just in front hospital. RM270k++. actually this is a quite good place to invest. we can rent to our Indonesia patient with monthly RM500-800/month/room. 5 minutes walking distance to hospital. this actually save them a lot money from staying at hotel/guest house/taxi fee. erm... is a good planning. but i dun have money to invest it. who wan join me???? 13:44pm
